UK SHIPPING:

-Shipping is a flat rate fee of £3.95 for Royal Mail tracked 48 delivery. 

All UK orders with a value of £30 and over ship for free! 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Due to current tariffs and restrictions, please get in touch if you’d like your order shipped internationally. 

PACKAGING:

Recycled packaging is used wherever possible.

Once dispatched...

- Shipping within the United Kingdom usually takes 2-7 working days.

- Shipping to Europe is usually 7-10 working days.

- Shipping to the USA usually takes approx 8-14 working days to arrive. 

- Shipping to the rest of the world takes approximately 2 - 3 weeks, although customs can occasionally delay packages further. As above, please just contact me if you'd like a quote for a different shipping option.

Please note if you live in a country where customs and tax is payable when purchasing items from the United Kingdom, this cost is not included in my product and shipping costs.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please don't hesitate to contact me as soon as possible and I will do everything I can to get any problems sorted out for you.

Please note that returns are not free, and you will need to pay the return postage on your order.

 After contacting me you have 2 weeks to return your item and will need to provide proof of postage. Items returned MUST be in resale able condition and free from odours e.g.: cigarette smoke with all parts complete.
